Refund and Returns Policy

We want your Clyveron order—whether a BEST DREAM corset dress or a Curve Plus silhouette—to feel right when it arrives. You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Lingerie-adjacent layers, intimates, and final-sale Clearance pieces may be marked non-returnable at checkout—please check the product page.
• Custom or altered pieces cannot be returned.

How to start

Email us from the address on your order with your order number and the style name (for example, Temple Overture Dress or Belle’s Gilded Corset Dress). We will reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return—shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
